At Evely, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days from the date your order was delivered if:

  • The item is in original condition
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All tags, accessories, and original packaging are included
  • The item is defective or damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product

Refunds are accepted within 30 days — no questions asked.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or markdown offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is FREE of charge
  • No restocking fees are applied
  • Returns are accepted only for orders shipped to United States addresses

How to Return an Item (Online Orders)

To return a product purchased from Evely:

  1. Use the return label provided by our support team
  2. Pack the item securely with all original accessories and documents
  3. Ship the item back using the return label

In-Store Returns

Currently, Evely does NOT operate physical retail stores. All returns must be completed by mail only.

  • Orders paid via PayPal must be returned by mail
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

International Returns

At this time, we do not support international returns.
Returns are accepted only for U.S. orders.
We plan to expand our international return services in the future.


Refund Processing

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
