RETURNS POLICY

We will accept returns for products in their original condition and with the tags still attached, or that are defective. Refunds will be accepted within 30 days from the date your order was delivered — no questions asked.
All items purchased as a part of a sale or promotion are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, including markdowns.

How do I return an item to HeraldJo.store?

Return shipping is free of charge.
There are no restocking fees.
All items must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn) and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
Returns are accepted only for orders shipped to United States addresses.

How do I return an item at a HeraldJo retail store?

If you decide to make a return to a HeraldJo store, you must bring the following items with you:

  • Your original packing/order receipt
  • The credit card used for the original purchase (orders placed using debit cards will not be refunded for cash)
  • Orders placed using PayPal MUST be returned by mail. These returns cannot be made in a HeraldJo store.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

We currently do not support international returns.
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to addresses within the United States.
We are working to expand our return policy internationally in the near future.
